Job Overview/Summary
We are looking for a Video Editor with a performance mindset. This person will not just cut footage. They will own editing of high impact ad creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and new channels as they emerge. They will take raw assets, produce multiple variations, test different hooks, iterate based on performance data and help us build a creative pipeline that drives growth.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Edit and produce ad creative in multiple versions, lengths and formats for paid channels.
- Help generate new asset pipelines with the Food team and Ambassador team including on site capture.
- Manage workflow and asset library including labelling, versioning and archiving.
- Translate creative performance data into editing decisions and spin out new variations weekly.
- Produce platform ready edits for Instagram Reels, TikTok and short form placements.
- Capture and log new footage on site with the team when needed.
- Support a weekly creative refresh cadence, adapting winning assets and replacing tired ones.
- Iterate edits in high volume to keep up with Meta demand for fresh creative.
About You
- Strong experience editing ad creative for paid digital channels. Meta and TikTok experience is a major plus.
- A portfolio or showreel that shows strong pacing, hard hitting hooks and commercial awareness.
- Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro. After Effects or motion graphics is a bonus.
- Comfortable working at pace in a performance driven environment with quick turnarounds.
- Understanding of core performance marketing concepts like hooks, creative fatigue, CTR and A B testing.
- Strong organisation, asset management and version control.
- Strong communication with the ability to work across teams.
- Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience
