Job Overview/Summary
We’re looking for a commercially minded FP&A Manager to join our fast-paced, growing team. This role will be pivotal in driving data-led decision-making, building robust forecasts, and providing actionable insights that fuel Prep Kitchen’s next stage of growth.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the business.
- Develop dynamic financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning.
- Partner with department heads to build and monitor budgets aligned to business strategy.
- Deliver monthly business performance reports and present clear insights to senior leadership.
- Analyse revenue, cost, and profitability drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
- Support investment decisions, pricing, and new product launches with financial insight.
- Implement and improve FP&A tools, systems, and dashboards for greater efficiency.
- Ensure financial data integrity and consistency across Finance and Operations.
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, scaling business (FMCG, subscription, food, or e-commerce experience desirable).
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and influencing skills—you can translate numbers into clear stories.
- A proactive problem-solver who can challenge assumptions and drive better business decisions.
- Comfortable thriving in a disruptive, innovative, and collaborative culture.
