No two people - and no two roles - are the same so we tailor our recruitment processes to suit the individual and the vacancy, but this is an overview of a typical hiring plan:
Step 1: You apply via the application form in the vacancy.
Step 2: If your application is shortlisted, our talent team will arrange a call so we can find out more about you. This also gives you the opportunity to ask questions about the role and our company.
Step 3: A further shortlist of applicants will be invited for an interview, typically a video call with the hiring manager of the relevant department.
Step 4: The final shortlist of applicants will be invited for an interview with the hiring manager and the head of department. This will usually include a task relevant to the role, details of which will be sent to you beforehand.
For Operational roles, there will usually be a trial involved held at our site in Southfleet, which helps you to experience the PK working environment first hand. -
